The College has an effectively functioned Grievance Redressal Cell headed by the principal to redress the grievances and complaints lodged by the students on time. There are separate wings at college and department level to address and solve the issues and complaints registered by the students in a systematic manner
The Grievance Redressal Cell of the college aims to develop a responsive and accountable attitude among all the stakeholders in order to maintain a harmonious educational atmosphere in the institute. Following are the main objectives of the Cell
MECHANISM TO REGISTER COMPLAINTS
- Encourage the Students to express their grievances / problems freely and frankly, without any fear of being victimized.
- To provide a platform for students to raise their grievances and complaints regarding their academic and non-academic issues within the campus
- To solve and redress the grievances of the students
- Prohibit any form of ragging in the campus
- Encourage the students to respect the right and dignity of others
- Suggestion/complaint Box has installed in front of the Administrative Block in which the Students can put their grievances and their suggestions for improving the academics/administration in the College.
- The students also can register their complaints and grievances in online through the link given in the website. The details of students who raised the grievances will be kept as confidential and secret.
